Rowen (Rowie) had his Dr.'s appt yesterday and the scale is slowing up! He is only 70% in weight now, 80% in height and he has a big noggin' at 75%. Way to go Rowie! You are too cute! Fun picture of Shannen and Rowen.....

I check your blog still. Probably once a week to see if you have decided to update it:). I am glad you can now keep this non-facebook person updated by your blog!
